Such a nice place to stay in super busy Legian area — it’s beautiful, peaceful, everything is very thoughtful. Got the pool access room, my son was very happy and said it was the best hotel he ever stayed in Bali we love it and would love to come back!

room is very spacious, everything inside the room is so clean. even got free upgraded room type. the housekeeping team also very polite and helpful. walking to kuta beach not too near, i think its almost 20mins sth to walk there. but front of the hotel has mini market so u can buy groceries easily

Everything went well during my stay. Only AC need to be check since it takes time cooling the room.

The only drawback during my stay in Neo+ was the air conditioner. The air conditioner was leaking and we had to use the bathroom mat to wipe and left it wet on the floor. Luckily the staff managed to fix the air conditioner immediately. The rest is great. Good for staycation.

Near the pub in Kuta and also easy to walk to Kuta beach. Access lil bit need to go to small road but still accessible by car. Breakfast just so so.
