The hot water is not hot and it's the second time I've stayed there it's still not hot... plus the wifi is slow... the quality of the breakfast menu could be improved so it's not monotonous. Please pay attention... thanks

The AC is not cold, the technician has been called but it is still not cold. The temperature in the room is only 26.5. It is difficult to sleep because the room is hot.

Strategic location in the city center. Located in Palangkaraya Mall makes Neo Hotel the right choice for a vacation with family. The room is quite spacious, the service is friendly. If I may give a suggestion, for the selection of breakfast menus, there should be more variations. Several times staying at Neo Hotel, I always find fried noodles or vermicelli noodles.

During my stay here several times, it turns out that it is now not worth it. The ceiling of the room is leaking, the cleanliness of the room is not well maintained because there is a lot of dust in the room, when entering the room for the first time there is no toilet paper in the toilet.
