It was a very comfortable experience for a quick trip to Padang. Hotel easy to navigate due to its strategic position. Quite a nice natural green courtyard while having breakfast.

The staff and security guards are very friendly... all are very good. In my personal opinion (because every person is different) for me the breakfast menu is a bit lacking in terms of taste and variety.

The room I got was cheap but it felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel.

The front office and back office staff are very friendly and honest.. cleanliness and access are very good, I left my ring when I checked out in the room, I was called by the hotel, thank you for calling me. Enjoyed staying here, recommended.

Suitable for families and children because there is a garden area. Also suitable for fathers, it's not complicated if you want to smoke because there is a terrace area for smoking. In the morning, you can get really fresh air, because the environment is beautiful and there are lots of plants. At night, it feels vintage which I like. Overall, it's recommended for those who don't want to stay in a multi-storey hotel. Alhamdulillah, this is the first time I slept really well in a hotel, usually I'm worried about earthquakes. The only downside is that the AC is not cold enough even though it's at its strongest. During the day, it still feels a bit hot. The rest is the best ☺️☺️

It's great, but we have to continue to be innovative

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes because the surrounding environment is a garden which is definitely full of insects and mosquitoes, there is also a warning on the back of the door to beware of mosquitoes 😅. Oh yeah, yesterday when we stayed, the room was not cleaned even though a hangtag had been hung on the door, maybe because we left the room too late so the staff didn't go around to the upper floor again, coincidentally the room was on the upper floor and at the very end. But when we called the receptionist to ask for a refill, the staff came immediately. When checking out, we were given a mini perfume souvenir

recommended for friends who want to staycation to the field, the atmosphere is as comfortable as that. make the mood go up, even me time so I don't hesitate to stay here 😍 the staff are all friendly, ⭐10 :)

Friendly receptionist, cool environment, each room has a porch/terrace, close to everywhere because it is in the city center.

The hotel staff welcomed us warmly at the beginning of check in..on the first day we could enjoy the cool air and atmosphere of the hotel..on the second day and so on we could feel the attitude and atmosphere of familiarity created between us as guests and staff and Mr. Reflis as the Manager who wanted to greet us and chat casually while we were having breakfast..on the last day we could take pictures to document that we had stayed at the Padang Sumbar Hotel..thank you to the Padang Hotel who welcomed us well..for friends who want to go to Padang, we highly recommend this hotel..want to go to Padang? remember the Padang Hotel, thank you

Room Hot water problem, some spider web noticed.

The hotel is very homey. It's not noisy even though it's in the middle of the city.
