The room lights are very dim, the room smells bad. So does the bathroom smell. Already informed the receptionist but there is no solution. The AC temperature cannot be changed. The room temperature is 26 degrees. After some time finally checked out. From the hotel because it was uncomfortable

The hotel staff is friendly, Security is friendly, Fast and responsive 3S, Receptionists are good, check-in and check-out process is fast, cool, housekeeping is good, waiters are good, the hotel is clean, everything is clean, staying here is comfortable, the employees are all smiling, happy to stay here, there is no noise, it feels like staying in a 5-star hotel, cool, for those who want to relax and find peace, this hotel is highly recommended, children's entertainment or shopping places are all close by, the food at the hotel is delicious, it is very suitable for families to take on vacation here, Thank you staff of the Parma hotel, when will you come here again, it's fun
