Nice and polite staff, the ac working greatly, clean-ish room, the lift kinda scary though because it looks old and about to break anytime soon. also the karaoke or bar so noisy, you could hear the music from 1st to 3rd floor, so you better ask for higher floor. would love to stay there for my next trip to cirebon.

The room size is quite big, maybe because the hotel is quite old. It would be better if the hotel did some renovation or refreshment to the room units.

It seems like an old hotel, I arrived when it was crowded, got a room with a toilet that was really hard to press the flush, the bathroom door was hard to close, the AC was cold, the room was small, the staff was friendly.

Cool,,, this is the first time staying at a hotel, the car was washed clean even though only the outside at least the car is nice to look at. The hotel environment is comfortable and all the employees are very friendly. Only the bathroom is not very clean. But it's okay. At least the others are safe and comfortable. The breakfast food menu is really good. Thank you for the service, God willing, if I have a vacation to Cirebon, I will stop by here again.

For a delicious breakfast, the menu is quite varied to Cirebon specialties. The officers and staff are friendly and helpful. Only at night when checking in was less than welcoming maybe because of the heavy rain. The room is still an old design and the bathroom doesn't look clean. For the price, it might be appropriate, but we booked it during high season so the price was high but it didn't match the old and less clean room.

Surprisingly amazed with this hotel. I booked this hotel suddenly and was really surprised when I entered the room, it was very spacious. The parking lot is also spacious. The hotel area is very clean. Although it looks like an old hotel, the ambiance is still okay. And, kudos to all the friendly hotel staff. Even the street sweepers at the hotel are very kind. The best! God willing, if we go to Cirebon, we will stay there again! :)

The room actually was nice and comfortable but I stay for 2 nights, Wifi was very slow till I used my Internet data when I stay there, I call the receptionist they said will be fixed by maintenance till I leaved the hotel, on day 2 I stayed the bath towel was dirty actually the room was make up but HK not realized if the bath towel have black mark, I need to see HK to change the bath towel. On the day day 1 air conditioning also not work properly.

The hotel is in a strategic location, the swimming pool is okay, the rooms are not soundproof because you can hear footsteps and other things from the room above, the water stagnates when you shower even though the drain is not clogged.
