Hotel Q Quburesort

The room is nice and comfortable, but lots of small ants come when someone brings food.

The hotel and its service are good so far, unfortunately the front office staff are slow to respond, unfriendly and not very good at providing solutions, sorry to say, hopefully it will be better in the future.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, not noisy and the facilities for families are very good.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, easy access, free access to the waterpark. Only maybe the breakfast runs out quickly even though the time is still very early.

Very worth the price, free access to the swimming pool rides.

Saya sudah berkali-kali menginap di hotel ini dengan membawa 3 orang anak saya, tapi tidak pernah diminta tambahan biaya ketika sarapan namun pada tanggal 2 Januari kemaren mereka meminta tambahan biaya untuk anak saya yang umur 13 tahun sebanyak 95 rban dan untuk anak saya yang umurnya 9 dan 10 tahun diminta masing-masing 47 rb perorang, sebenarnya kalo yang diminta yang untuk umur 13 tahun aja saya akan bayar sebagaimana kebijakan dihotel-hotel lainnya namun untuk anak saya yang berumur di bawah 12 tahun saya keberatan dan seharusnya manajemen hotel harus menerapkan aturan yang sama setiap waktu tidak boleh seenaknya diubah-ubah semau mereka dan tentu saya akan memilih hotel yang sesuai dengan kemauan saya dan saya akan menghindari hotel yang tidak professional seperti ini dan kemaren karena hotel meminta tambahan biaya ketika akan sarapan saya putuskan tidak sarapan padahal saya bayar biaya hotel dan sarapan, mohon disampaikan ke pihak hotel keluhan saya, terima kasih.

The rooms are quite good, but they need a little updating, the hotel is already a bit old. Room maintenance is needed so it doesn't smell of cigarettes.

Nice service. My kids very happy because have waterpark.
