Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city. We were very happy to be able to borrow a bicycle from the hotel to go to the town square in just 10 minutes. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. We highly recommend if you are going on vacation to Banyuwangi again.

easy check in, friendly staff, can ask for additional access keys if needed, clean room, cold AC, clean bathroom, hot water works well, breakfast is quite tasty with enough food variety, there are activities for children during breakfast such as coloring, making cake toppings, swimming pool is better to use during the day or evening because it is warmer, check out is also easy, strategic location in the city center close to food and bus terminals. value for money
