The room was clean, the ambiance was nice, but when we stayed there, it seemed like there were few people staying there.

I booked 2 rooms for New Year with my family, the food was disappointing, not much variety, the fruits were just so-so, the green bean porridge tasted bland, when I came to register for breakfast, the staff said it was full without checking the available seats and had to wait 30 minutes, fortunately there was a staff from the clearup section who immediately showed that there were still seats available enough for the 4 of us even though it was at the end near the swimming pool. Please give the attendance staff some direction before talking, it's better to pay attention to the surroundings first. 1 more thing, Wifi is available but not connected to the network, the responsible staff has been called and it only connected for a moment after that the connection was lost again. How can a hotel like Hotel Santika have Wifi problems?

Overall it's okay, it's just a shame that the food in Santika's class is just okay.

breakfast is really good, fried rice and chicken menu is like budget hotels. a 5 year old child is charged 50 thousand. and my child only eats porridge. calculate the price of porridge 50 thousand. the room is nice and clean, lacking breakfast and the swimming pool is really dirty...

The hotel is already worth renovating. The rooms still look good but there are some damages in some parts. Warm water swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious and quite varied. The location is near the mall and so on West Cikarang

Plus: - The position is right on the edge of the road towards Jababeka. - Long and clean swimming pool. - Complete amenities, even towels are provided at the swimming pool. - Spacious rooms with sufficient bathroom space, so it's not stuffy. - Tasty and complete food. (Santika Group for food matters is pretty good, never fails) - Employee service is very friendly and helpful. Minuses: For some reason, the human resources in each department are very minimal. - There is only 1 receptionist and when I want to check in, they are not on standby in the lobby (I checked in at 8 pm) it shouldn't be too late. Then at breakfast time. There is only 1 head waiter/runner on standby. He was even the only one who cleaned and mopped the restaurant area after breakfast was over. However, it does not reduce the quality of service provided. - Many of the room ceramics are empty inside, so they are noisy when stepped on. And for the size of the Santika group, the rooms and hallways are time for repairs because many of the furniture and wall paper already look worn out. -The shower in the room is a bit difficult to change to a shower and faucet. Overall everything is fun 💕👍

The interior of the room was time to be renovated, there were many spots, scribbles and dull paint. The bed was also time to be replaced. The room I was in smelled like pesticide.

The AC in the room is not cold at all.

Overall good, quite a lot of food choices, tastes good, clean, friendly staff. It's just that one of the rooms I booked had an AC that wasn't cold. Please pay attention to the AC in each room.

I got a room with a cracked floor so it was a bit sharp to walk around the room, let alone bringing threenagers running around, but thank God I was able to change rooms to one with a more proper floor, the AC and TV remote also worked. The breakfast is not varied enough. The croissants are really delicious, they're just not big enough hehe, they're really mini. The staff service is friendly, the receptionist is also friendly and smiling. When we were given follow-up regarding moving rooms, it was also quite complete, so it didn't really have to be this or that, basically, the receptionist was very friendly. The swimming pool is clean, comfortable, there is a place to rinse and it is close to the toilets, as well as the gym. Overall, I was really annoyed with the sloping floor of the room, but because the service was friendly and the set was okay, it was okay to be comfortable all night. Hopefully the sloping floor can be repaired, hehehe. If you have small children, they are vulnerable to being hit by the sharp edge of the ceramic. Thank you.
