Dear Santika Hotel Garut, Thanks for all of your services! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the amenities were great. I really enjoyed to stay at your Deluxe Room with Mountain View because of this panoramic landscape. The restaurant were clean and the menu’s are good enough. I took so many pictures and here are for you. Once again, thank you. I’ll be back again!

Fast check in, no welcoming drink (it ran out at 4 pm and the refill took a long time) the room is quite spacious, each room has a balcony, we had a view of the city (a view of the children's play area), the in-room dining is delicious, cheap, fast and friendly prices Staff very helpful, the hotel is spacious, with lots of wide open spaces so it's not stuffy The wifi is not very reliable, the children's water playground is cold, still new and there is an MC who accompanies the children while playing, there is also a mascot and some additional entertainment (feeds the rabbit or coloring, horse riding) which is paid The breakfast is varied, the refill is fast, there are lots of dining tables, we chose the outdoor one with a view of Mount Guntur, so it's quite hot during the day

When we arrived, there were quite a lot of guests, so there was a queue to check in. But it was quick and easy. Choose a Hollywood studio room, on the 1st floor, simple & the back terrace can directly see Mount Guntur. The natural scenery is really cool. Hot water swimming pool, kids can swim all the time. Other facilities are okay: water playground (cold water), mini zoo, jogging track. The parking area is quite large. There are umbrellas that guests can borrow. It's also close to the city. The most impressive thing is the food. It's delicious, man. The downside is the slow wifi. Maybe because many people are using it because there are a lot of guests. So you have to use more of your own quota.
