From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

The entire interior likely an old school style. But this is worth staying as much as I liked to stay here for few days before flying back to Thailand. The breakfast menu are pretty much diverse, locals, westerns.

Stayed 3 nights 13th to 16th July with family, toom space was generous but poor cleanliness. Furnitures looks tired. Menu rotation poor, food choices has to be improved.

Stayed there for 3 nights with family, the room space was generous but the cleanliness has to be improved. Also the furnitures looks tired. Breakfast buffet menu rotation poor, food choices not generous enough.
