From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

I have only stayed at Hotel Santika Pandegiling once, I was quite impressed because it was in accordance with my expectations. So I added another night so that the total stay was 2 nights. This is a 3-star hotel but the facilities & services feel like 4-star according to the price. This hotel is great. Next time I go to Sby and need to stay, this hotel will be my main choice. The staff are very friendly 👍

Security, front office, bellboy, and restaurant guard are very friendly. We stayed 1 night (just for transit) and arrived around 11 pm they welcomed us warmly. The food is also quite varied. It's just that I ordered 3 rooms, 1 room got a corner room on the 6th floor, the water is a bit less clear. But the rest is okay.

We have stayed at Santika Pandegiling several times...and Alhamdulillah, it was mostly satisfying and completed our family vacation in Surabaya. Although the room was not as expected (didn't get the room as ordered), but with the friendly, responsive staff service, and very well-maintained cleanliness, our vacation was still enjoyable.
