This hotel is perfect for business travel, family and romantic vacation. Peaceful ambience, spacious and comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom, friendly staff, high-quality service, strategic location (beautiful beach, mesmerizing sunset, popular restaurants and clubs, they are only 5-10 minutes away by walk or ride), delicious breakfast (a lot of food choice, wide-ranging buffet, from traditional Indonesian to Western). Architecture-wise, the building is a mix of white colonial and modern style, so fancy and homey at the same time. One thing I like the most is the relaxing and calming scent along every corridor, even in the elevator. Every perk is worth the rate. Everything is awesome. This hotel is very recommended. Will definitely stay there for the second time. Thank you for having me, Hotel Santika Seminyak :)

Always a pleasure to stay at Santika. First time choosing Santika Seminyak. Friendly staff. From security to front desk and other helpers. Rooftop restaurant, gives a view of Bali from above, lots of food variations. Thx Santika Seminyak.

Spacious room and clean. Air con not too cold but still ok for us. Beautiful view from dining area and food taste also great. Eventhough a bit far from attraction/beaches but easy access. Walkable to coffeeshop and fav pork ribs restaurant.

Honestly a fantastic place to stay. The food is unbelievably tasty and very affordable, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel are exceptional. 10/10. I'm looking forward to returning to hotel Santika for the second half of my trip in Bali after returning from Ubud! The rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable I never heard any noise from the room next door or from the hallways

my first stay at the Santika Seminyak hotel, there are several things that need to be considered: 1. the room is neat and clean but unfortunately it smells damp 2. the condition of the room needs a lot of repairs such as the roof there are some like leaks and there are bedside lamps like torn. 3. the air conditioner is noisy and not cold so we are hot and can't sleep well, also heard noisy sounds at night from outside. 4. at breakfast the food is extraordinary but the welcome is not friendly. especially the welcome of one of the staff (Putu Amelia) so rude until at the time of payment is not friendly and there is an EDC machine jammed there is no apology. 5. one of the staff approached and offered coffee informed that it was free but why was it on the bill when paying I was very disappointed, this is not a price problem but honesty. thank you, hopefully it can be input and fixed in the future

The female receptionist staff was not friendly when checking in and there was no notification from the hotel staff that the entrance was through the side so when my luggage was dropped off at the front, the staff seemed slow to carry the luggage.

In terms of location, it is on Sunset Road which when I stayed there was a very bad traffic jam. Close to the Krisna souvenir shop. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, but the security guard in front did not take the initiative to help lift the suitcases. Housekeeping also did not refill the empty toiletries and mats, but the room was cleaned well and neatly. The restaurant was hot but had a view, the menu was varied even though it didn't suit my taste. At 7 am the traditional menu just came out, then I waited for more than half an hour, the sate lilit was not served, it was just displayed, for some reason, even though I wanted to try it because the others were just okay
