The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, if you book a standard room you can get a promo to move it to gold 😍. But unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room huhu.

I like the pandas ornaments. The price was OK. The room was right but the water on the shower was not much. Many stray cats, I hope the staffs give them food and do them no harm.

The staff are friendly, my room was upgraded to silver. The TV was broken and couldn't watch anything. The room is spacious and clean. The wifi is slow so I ended up using my quota even though this is important for Gen Z. Well, this is the bathroom clogged! As a result, the shower was flooded for room 224. The bathroom in 223 was clogged and smelled really bad and the TV also couldn't turn on. But, the room was super duper comfortable, what should I do huhuhu, please fix it again so that when I return to Cirebon I can come back to this hotel again. Thank you.
