Location is ok, receptionist is friendly, bathroom is ok, parking is ok, room is big. Too bad the AC is dirty, dust is scattered on the bed, bed sheets are old and need rejuvenation.

Can't sleep, the room smells stuffy of cigarette smoke, I asked for one that is smoke-free but it still smells of cigarettes, it makes my nose and throat burn and it's almost asthmatic because the smell of cigarette smoke is so thick in the room and it doesn't go away, the sheets and pillowcases smell like they haven't been replaced.

I ordered a deluxe room, it turned out to be at the hotel, the deluxe was full and I was downgraded to a standard room. The room looks like it hasn't been inhabited for a long time, the sandy floor looks like it's never been cleaned, there is no hot water, the wardrobe is broken, the TV channel is only TVRI, the bed is dirty and sandy. It's enough for me to stay here once.
