Service at check-in was very long, it took 1/2 hour to find guest data. There is no hot water for bathing. The receptionist was not in place when he wanted to ask something.

It 's a very simple place in the middle of Singkawang. Due to big celebration during Capgomeh, I booked this for friends at an inflated price (maybe 5x the normal price). Even during normal pricing, it 's still not very nice except for the location.

According to the hotel and its price. It's just really noisy. Maybe not every night. But when we stayed there were lots of wild races that disturbed our sleep.

Over price for perhaps 500%. Very small size of room. Dirty Shower room. Bed position is very high. Aircond position is not right as the wind blow directly to bed. Door lock is very unsafe, with remark on the only small table available in the room for not leaving valuable things when leaving room, but no safe deposit box available. Definitely won't go back to stay at this hotel anymore.

Hot shower water, dirty and hot sink water, bath time there is no choice of cold and hot water. And the heat is really hot, not warm anyway, sorry, I'm not recommended.

Toilet tissue was not in the toilet after being confirmed to the front office was not responded to, even had to wait for the manager he said. Bathroom facilities are incomplete and the door is broken without any effort to change rooms or repair, There are no facilities for older people who have difficulty using stairs, stairs are too steep and risky for parents.
