Great hospitality and hygiene, new hotel (2019), located just beside the most prominent shopping mall in Pontianak, value for money. just for improvements: many of the important products they offered are not visible easily, such as rapid test antigen, car/driver rentals, etc. Those are very good products, but not informed to the customers.

Due to the arrival of our flight we were at the hotel at noon, Ms. Laila and Ms. Okta on the reception was very helpful in organizing my request. It’s a wonderful place to stay at the heart of the city. Highly recommend this hotel!

I really satisfied with the room and customer service. They provide fast response when I had problem with my room (air conditioner not working properly) then they gave me another room. Furthermore, this hotel is perfect for business travel.

I've stayed here many times. This is the first time I've experienced unclean sheets, itchy when I sleep. And one of us felt like his neck was bitten by insects/mites. Maybe in the future, cleanliness will be given more attention.
