Good things nya sekitar 500 m saja dari Pantai Legian dan akses jalan dan parkiran juga luas. Seminggu berlibur di Bali bersama keluarga, saya berharap bisa mengakhiri 2 hari terakhir dengan nyaman di daerah Kuta dan Legian di hotel yang nyaman, tapi ketika check in, kamar belum siap sehingga nunggu dulu. Pas masuk kamar dapat kamar dipojokan sendiri tanpa view pool seperti di gambarkan di aplikasi dan kondisi kamar kurang terawat, tembok banyak terkelupas, tempat tidur juga kurang nyaman, kulkas tidak dingin, pinjam hairdryer juga rusak gak bisa dipakai. Saya padahal juga sudah request lebih awal agar dapat kamar yang nyaman. Jadi mohon maaf mengutip evaluasi anak-anak saya, dari hotel yang lain tempat mereka stay selama di Bali, menempati urutan paling belakang. Berharap bisa lebih diperbaiki pelayanan dan kebersihan kamar dan fasilitasnya.

For domestic I don't recommend this racist hotel, cause when you're domestic people come to restaurant to eat breakfast, no greeting for you, not like they greets the international people, how they greets and offering menus for international people really nice, but don't expect they will ask you if you domestic, Surdjana and other woman in kitchen really I don't like them because so racist to domestic, time breakfast start from 07.00-10.00 I'm breakfast at 9.15 almost 9.30, I'm asking for 2 portion of bacon, and the bacon serve at 9.45 and only 1 portion, so I must wait for the 2, and can't ask more because no more time to breakfast. For room, so bad there no water for you, only 2 glass of bottle water for a day. I should buy cleo water gallon 6L for 20k in circle k. Hard to ask anything like sugar tea and coffee. Even toothpaste and toothbrush you should ask for them. Toilet door can't be locked, internet so slow and only 2 device can connect. Door key so lame, not detected on door, if you ask for replacement they blame you put near phone, actually I put in on my wallet. But how can I say, racist hotel, thumbs down for domestic I book for 4 days 3 nights and I must say, I'm dissatisfied and disappointed so bad.
