President suite was very satisfactory! Wide glass window with direct view to the forest. Watched a few of squirrels on the trees, fun time for the kid! Jacuzzi was fine too! Only the bathroom ceilings is a bit scary at night as it was full glass ceiling. Overall very satisfied and value for money!

The atmosphere in the hotel is really comfortable for a moment to rest. The environment in the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The food in the restaurant and available at breakfast is also very delicious. The area that can be explored is also a lot because it is very spacious.

Different from expectations and photos on Traveloka. Please maintain the cleanliness of the room and room maintenance. This bathtub is not full of water, it keeps leaking.

In terms of atmosphere, it is cool, beautiful, lots of trees and quiet, the staff are also friendly and helpful. But the cleanliness of the hotel room is very lacking. Curtains, bathrooms and floors are dirty like they are not well maintained and the room facilities are also incomplete for a price above 1 million without AC but not supported by other facilities. In terms of food, it is also less varied.

When checking in, the service was very fast and helpful. Although the hotel area is in the forest, the atmosphere is not so scary. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and access is very easy to reach. I will return to this accommodation in Lembang, Bandung.

The new suite is very beautiful! its clean, spacious, strong wifi, and fresh clean air. There's hot water, spacious bathtub, clean bathroom & toilet. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel area is huge! It is the best staycation experience ever!

Book a serenity type room.
1. In terms of facilities and hospitality, it's good.
2. The comfort in the room is lacking because we got a room at the very end near the garden, bushes, the bathroom has lots of insects (caterpillars, centipedes, centipedes) maybe because the theme is nature.
3. The food is really delicious.
4. At night it looks really scary haha feels like a test of courage

The room was very old and did not match the photos, for example the bathtub looked like a catfish pond, the furniture was broken, many of the lights were dead, and cobwebs everywhere had not been cleaned.

Actually the food is delicious if it's a la carte, if it's buffet style I think it's lacking, maybe because there are a lot of dishes so it feels like they're cooked in a hurry and the seasonings aren't tried first, the resort atmosphere is nice, it really feels natural, the rooms are spacious and the antique atmosphere is nice, just a suggestion maybe for the rooms to be coated with insect repellent so that insects don't get in, because several times many insects got in then big worms, so it's a bit scary, especially in the bathroom, attention needs to be paid to improving the room, the hot water turns on properly

This is the 4th time staying at Imah Seniman, from when it was new until now there have been several new rooms, from when I was not married, I brought my family until now I have brought my children there. What makes it comfortable is the authentic forest atmosphere with the sound of water. Privacy, and cool. Although there are no kids club facilities, we can still introduce nature to children. Because it is in the forest and the roof is wooden, so sometimes it can't be super. The last time I stayed in the new forest room, it was okay, a combination of forest and modern. From the beginning, the problem was the bathtub water couldn't be cleaned very well. I don't know what the problem was. Another experience so I don't get bored of just staying in a hotel

Easy to reach location, friendly staff, natural atmosphere like in a real forest 👍🏿,
A little disappointed because the room I got was different from the one displayed on Traveloka and even though I got it at a fairly expensive price🥲. At night the sound of passing vehicles can still be heard and is very disturbing, even though the location of the resort is quite far from the highway. Overall it's quite good.

The hotel seems not very well maintained. The bathroom is dirty, the tiles are cracked, the bathroom door is skewed and wants to come off. The cleanliness of the hotel environment is very dirty. The expensive price is not worth it.

Back to nature, in the middle of a collection of tourist attractions in Lembang, close to everywhere, very strategic. thank God it didn't rain in the morning so I could jog around the artist's house. The colorful plants/flowers are even more colorful, yes, the artist's house 😍
