Premium location near Icon Mall, Men Weti chicken rice, beachfront, can jog, bike, lots of cafes & food/drink sellers. Omelette is really delicious

Just stay one night and change hotels. Quite disappointed because we often stay at Grand Inna and it's fun. I think Inna Sindu is not much different. The toilet wasn't clean, there was a lot of hair, the AC wasn't cold enough and the worst thing was the pillow was so hard that my husband couldn't sleep! It's a shame even though the location is strategic in front of Sindu Beach.

The service is very friendly. Excellent.

The aircon did not work. We complained and they said they'd fix it by adding gas (not sure what they meant). It got a little cooler after 6 hours. Towels and linens seemed very old and tired, so were the shower and sink. Not up to our expectation with the price we paid. Not happy at all. If we were given refund option, we'd have gone somewhere else.

Late check-in at 22:00 but still got 1 room, very friendly & good service, clean hotel rooms & bathrooms, spacious car & motorcycle parking. The hotel is in a state of renovation, so when you get up in the morning, the workers start working. It's nice to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which has direct access to the beach.

Harga murah, pelayanan baik, staff hotel sangat ramah. Sayangnya pantai di depan hotel banyak anjingnya, kadang ada anjing liar, kadang ada anjing yang dibawa oleh orang luar hotel ke sana.

The hotel is old and many parts of the interior are need some serious repairs.

The staff is nice and friendly, but the rooms are not comfortable at all because the hotel is old, lots of fleas on the mattress and on the blankets, frankly I couldn't sleep and also family members couldn't sleep that night, the menu and prices were quite good.

Hotel sudah tua. Sempat mati listrik cukup lama (tidak ada back-up genset?). Jalur pantai enak untuk jogging karena ada pedestrian.

Beautiful scenery from this hotel, even an old one but still okay everything, sorry for the breakfast just ordinary nothing special, and sorry for the bathroom rather smell, I choose suite room, all staff really polite and full of smile, the Inna Sindhu

The beach area is too crowded, not comfortable for children. the hot water was less hot and the room smelled musty.

A little disappointed with the service but because we were looking for a hotel close to Sanur Beach, we ignored the unpleasant incident. First, when checking in, the clerk didn't know my booking even though we ordered it a few days before, calling the name wrong. So it takes time to wait. The room is also a bit dirty like it hasn't been used for a long time, when the door is opened there are termites like in the photo. It's a shame even though the old hotel is supposed to be well maintained, especially a state-owned hotel. Then the air conditioner is hot, there are no towels, soap and toothbrushes, no compliment coffee and sugar. We called the receptionist to complain about this. The technician came for a while and then the AC problem was solved. Now the toiletries that didn't come even though the staff went back and forth with towels, I finally called them and then they were equipped. Do you want to be angry, don't see the mas-mas, feel sorry for being tired and apologize if there is a miss communication with the receptionist. Hopefully in the future it will be even better, it's a shame the hotel is in a good location.

Old fashioned hotel but clean and nice. Good and friendly Balinese service. However, the facilities in one of our rooms are a bit poorly maintained: the air conditioner and refrigerator are not cold enough, and the hot shower is not functioning optimally. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is very much felt, many rooms are empty, hopefully the pandemic will end soon so that this hotel with a beautiful sunrise view is bustling again.

I was a little disappointed with the existing facilities. Rooms do not match what was ordered. Wifi doesn't reach the room. The toilet water is very small, difficult to use. The pluses are only the friendly staff & the location close to the beach. Thanks.
