Good hotel, friendly staffs, even the security guard was friendly also. The air conditioner was amazing for people like me who likes very cold rooms. The swimming pool also contributed to our family happiness. My nephews were so happy to play and swim in the hotel. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Not friendly to local guests/tourists. When checking in, the hotel staff was not friendly. When checking out, the security guard helped me load my luggage into my pickup truck. The security guard was very friendly.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with the check-in process. The hotel location is not very strategic because it is in an alley. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The AC is very cold.

There is no drinking water in the room. There are gallon jugs in each room hallway, you have to get them yourself. Including making coffee and tea. When checking in at 15.00 the room was not ready yet

Bad staff service. I was given an OO (Out Of Service) room with the AC not working and the kids were very uncomfortable. After I checked in, I was informed that the room was broken!

The first day, there was a problem with the AC but there was no information or news from the hotel. The problem was not immediately resolved, making the already damp room even damper. The bathroom that did not have a separate room partition also made the room damp. The service was not friendly. There were already stains on the bed and curtains, it is better to take pictures and tell the receptionist or they will ask for reimbursement for something that is not our fault.
