Dirty Spray with Stains that can be removed by Washing is charged 100 ke, Isn't Spey definitely Washed and Replaced? It seems that if you use the room, you have to return it in a clean condition. It's just strange. Hopefully the policy will be corrected again by management.

We would like to clarify that the Rp. 100,000 charge is imposed because the linen we installed in your room was previously clean. However, when the housekeeping staff checked the room, there were spotting stains like tattoos on the linen, so we had to charge for the cleaning process.
