Beautiful hotel in the heart of Seminyak. Stayed for 8 nights, and was very impressed. Staff were wonderful, food was great, facilities clean. Love that it has a gym and pool on the roof top. Close to all the shops, restaurants and bars of seminyak so everything is within walking distance. Rooms are located at the back of the hotel, so you still get a peaceful good night sleep.

It is rainy season in Bali so staying in a 5star hotel you expect to have a smart TV or good movie channels but there were none, the HBO channels didn't work and the were a noise whole night long from the little fridge. The staff wasn't really helpful

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Potato Head, Petitenget Beach, Bodyworks Spa and there are also many restaurants around the hotel, you can get a free voucher to enter the Atlas Beach Club and there are other vouchers that we can redeem 😍 There are 2 pools in front of the room equipped with a water slide and on the rooftop with a very instagrammable view 🥰 There are children's play facilities so my child really feels at home here, it is suitable to stay here with family because the facilities are very complete 💕

From night to morning the water in the bathroom is off, you can't take a shower, there's no water to urinate so it smells, there's no water to brush your teeth.

Overall its a good hotel in a good location. They gave us a spacious room, as we are a family of three. There was a missunderstanding with the staff for breakfast price though. Which was settled by the management. Appreciated.

TV and Refrigerator not working well, very slow room service, had to call for room service a couple of times before actually coming, housekeeping did not provide us new hand towels after cleaning the room.
