K hotel gallery is the last hotel we stay in for our last East Java Trip. The experience is beyond our expectation. They have super helpful and friendly staffs. Nice ambience, beautiful scenery, delicious food from Prego restaurant and so many activities you can do with family. My kid joined the falabella club and she had so much fun! The room is clean and neat, they have comfortable bed, big bedroom and bathroom. The AC is cold, the hot water work well. They also have afternoon tea, free for the guest. moreover they have best gestured for the customer, the staff washed our car and that's unexpected 🤗 I think this hotel worth more than the price we paid. 9.8/10 definitely will come back here if we visit Prigen.

Artsy, homy, and elegant with a touch of urban style. Chic with its simplicity yet stay classy with its details such as the bathroom with the amenities. The room was spacious. The bathroom was lovely. The sound of classical music welcome us in the lobby and honestly it ignited my heart personally to sparkling. Not to mention the paintings hanging on the wall. The owner must have been considered its concept as well as its architecture, interior design, etc. It’s not sort of mainstream hotel at all. The atmosphere is romantic but also suitable for family staycations. We stayed at Executive Suite 306. If you love one with big glass like the photo showed by the hotel, I think Executive Suite with balcony would be perfect match to your plan. The staffs served us with sincerity and friendly.

This hotel has a very resort feel to it, I know it is a resort because of privacy. The staff amazing and couldn't do more for you. The rooms are bigger and fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and you have the choice of having it in the on site restaurants. We took a some of program activity like horse ride, Fun Fishing, Clay Making and go to water fall in the morning with rice field view. Prego Italian restaurant the food taste is amazing and we enjoy our lunch or coffee with wonderful view. I have only ranked this hotel five stars as I think lots of things to do for given best service to us. Feel like home. Overall, considering the location/price, the ICC Pandaan was a good value

We stayed at glamping, not at the hotel. The place is quiet. We rented a family glamping that can accommodate 4 people with two large beds. Unfortunately, breakfast is only provided for 3 people. Other than that, the car park is quite far, so if you want to get in and out you have to walk quite a bit or use the e-car service provided by the hotel (free).

It's actually nice to be one with nature, it's just a shame to park a little far from the glamping room area, even though all the facilities for the glamping room are complete. And the experience of calling the hotel to book with Mr. Far**an was less than pleasant, he promised to call back but even after 2 days there was no news. Access from the room to the parking lot and hotel restaurant does not have a canopy so you have to bring an umbrella and the lighting is less than adequate for the night

Everything is good, the villa is also good, clean, spacious rooms, bathrooms are also spacious.
The hotel and rooms are very comfortable and quiet, suitable for refreshing and relaxation.
Suggestions for food, the variants at breakfast are very minimal, arranged very little so it is not very appetizing. The taste is also lacking for a villa class per night 3 million.
Complete facilities, kids friendly too .. but the price is quite expensive, there should be a special price for hotel / villa guests.
The water channel in the downstairs bathroom needs to be checked because when using the bathtub there is a lot of moss from the tap that comes out.
Insects are also very numerous, maybe because I came during the rainy season until at night they all enter the downstairs bathroom area (I was in villa 2A).

the location is strategic, close to the toll road and also close to Tretes. what is lacking is the variety of food because it is small, with a 5-star hotel the menu should be many. then when there are few guests staying, they are given a breakfast package which is not much, tends to be small. it should be noted that even though there are few or many guests, breakfast must still be a buffet. because this is a 5-star hotel.

Kids love staying here because there is a swimming pool and also archery, cool photo spots, cool atmosphere. For breakfast, kids try porridge and it tastes a bit salty. For other menus such as fried rice, soto, all are delicious. Hopefully there will be more menu choices. And next time I still want to go there again.

The rooms are big, clean and the design is also unique. However, it is a bit lacking in the parking lot, at night it is quite dark and there are no officers on guard around the parking lot. Kamar luas banget, lega sekali. Anak-anak senang banget bermain di dalam kamar, dengan fasilitas yang lengkap. Untuk aktivitas di taman sekitar hotel, cukup lengkap dan seru, walau tetap berbayar. Tp sayangnya banyak semut di kamar mandi dan di meja kamar. Lalu, saat breakfast, menu nya lengkap, tp cukup mahal dengan harga 150rb, karena porsi tiap pilihan makanannya hanya dsiapkan sedikit. Clean, neat, fun for a staycation. Lots of games such as archery, paintball, fishing, bicycle and scooter rentals, horseback riding, and tours of horse farms, farms and aviaries. But everyone has to pay extra. There are no rooms with connecting doors available. The breakfast menu lacks variety, the taste is mediocre for a 5 star hotel class. Refills are also slow. I think it's better not to book a room with breakfast if you come here because there are lots of restaurants around that you can try.
