The staff is friendly, but it takes a long time just to check in and check out. But okay. It's a bit noisy for resting because people are hanging out in front of the room. There's no privacy.

Good location, strategic, pretty pretty park. What was quite disappointing was the cleanliness of the room, which was still dusty and lacking preparation, hopefully it would continue to improve.

The location of the hotel is actually near the beach, the view is good, just maybe because it is still affected by the hammer earthquake so the hotel is somewhat poorly maintained, the rooms are less clean, the bathroom is a bit dull and the air conditioner feels poorly maintained. But the breakfast menu is quite good.

Wifi not all areas, include the restaurant area. Less than I expected. There's some hidden rules, You can't stay with your partner without marriage certificate. I'm not sure for foreigner, but for locals you need marriage certificate. I got room that smaller than it's supposed to be. The worst thing is when you order some food in their restaurant, it will take a decade. I ordered 1 food 1 drink and it took more than half an hour even there's only me as a customer. You will die for that! Poor service for their restaurants.
