This was my first time staying at the Kawana Hotel and I immediately fell in love with it, thanks to the excellent and responsive 24-hour service, especially for Mr. Adit who was willing to help me when I left my phone in GoCar and Mr. Adit was happy to help me until 3 am in the morning to contact the driver, and also for the friendly and polite Ms. Santi and Mr. Fajri. Thank you for the service, hopefully if I come to Padang again I can meet and stay at the Kawana Hotel again. ❤️
