Suitable and will be a regular stay here if I go to Gresik again. The swimming pool is indoor, the breakfast choices are quite varied, and the location is very strategic.

I am happy with the access to the hotel which is close to the city center, also the price is economical.
Just a suggestion, please do renovation in the lobby area because there is an unpleasant smell (ampek in Javanese) hopefully Khas Gresik will be more successful!

very dusty and dirty room as if it had not been cleaned for months. many of the room facilities were broken, the refrigerator could not be used, the shower in the bathroom was broken, the water heater in the room was broken so it was useless not being able to make tea/coffee, the bottled water was dusty, the night light was broken, the place to put the room access card was also a bit broken, the table, chairs and mattress were very dusty. the bedcover and sheets were itchy and dusty making you cough and sneeze as if they had not been changed for a long time. the color of the towels was already dull to a brownish color. (The experience of asking to move rooms because in the previous room, when you wanted to enter the room you were presented with a view of water overflowing from the toilet to the outside of the front door of the room, the water looked red and there were a few red lumps, whether it was blood or what, so you quickly asked to move rooms, but it turned out to be the same in the new room, it was very dusty as if it had not been occupied for a long time). the view outside the window was not good, you could only see the roof of the building next door. the atmosphere was very quiet as if there were only a few visitors staying on the same floor at that time. The experience of going up and down the elevator from day to night without ever meeting anyone in the elevator, it's a bit scary. The room access card is a bit difficult to use, both for room access and when using the elevator, so it has to be attached several times before it can be used. The room price is too expensive compared to the facilities that visitors get, many of the facilities in the room are also damaged.
