It was a pleasure to stay here, we checked in at night, at 11 pm. The staff were friendly, very helpful. The room was also clean, I will stay here again next time. Tq Khas Pekanbaru🙏

For the towel facilities in the bathroom when entering the room were not available, asked the receptionist twice before being delivered to the room. The room lights were a bit dim and the telephone table was almost broken, but otherwise it was good. The bathroom was quite clean.

I've stayed here several times but this time it's not comfortable. The room smells, the room is a bit dark, the water tap suddenly turns on by itself and the sound of the toilet from the bathroom next door makes me feel uncomfortable. The room is not soundproof.

I've stayed here twice, but both times I was a little disappointed with the room. Please add a foot mat in the bathroom so that after showering the floor doesn't get muddy. Please check the blankets to see if there are any stains, and add some air freshener.

I stayed here for 2 nights from April 5-7, 2025. On April 6, 2025 at 11.06 WIB I asked the receptionist for my room to be cleaned but at 12.49 WIB the room had not been cleaned until I contacted the receptionist again and said not to clean it because I was already annoyed.

The second experience of staying at the Khas hotel, the staff is friendly from the FO, the staff at the restaurant because we left a cake in the hotel refrigerator they helped in a friendly manner. The taste of the food at breakfast is also delicious. Only the condition of the sheets and pillows that I feel need to be renewed because they are yellowing. Overall this is an alternative 3-star hotel for me to stay at an affordable price but still has a pool 👍

Overall it's nice and comfortable, but the cleanliness is really lacking. The sheets smell of urine, and the color of the sheets and towels are already yellow, and the bathroom in 1008 looks like it's stagnant and smells.

Not very comfortable. When checking in, we were immediately informed that the only available rooms were smoking rooms, even though the booking app stated that the rooms were non-smoking, even though it had been booked long ago.
