KHAS Tegal Hotel

everything was okay, until the night the room turned out to be not soundproof. we were on the 7th floor, woke up several times because we heard the loud sound of 2-stroke motorbikes going back and forth in the area near the hotel :( breakfast menu is not recommended. none of the food tasted good, the food was not warm except for the chicken porridge

I am disappointed with this hotel: 1. Not providing enough extra beds (when I wanted to order, they said they were sold out). 2. Breakfast is very bad, only 1 protein is provided, namely tuna fish in the buffet, the rest are carbohydrates and vegetables. even for omelets you have to order and queue. Chicken porridge has no chicken, you have to ask for it first, there are only 3 breakfast staff, so all the food tends to run out, even though I came at 7 am. 3. The swimming pool is very small, only suitable for children. 4. The room is very narrow, does not match the picture on Traveloka. 5. Additional breakfast for children is very expensive, does not match the availability of protein which is only tuna fish. At least for a 3-star hotel there should be a choice of sausages, eggs, chicken. Please Traveloka review this hotel again so that it doesn't just look good in the picture, but bad in service.

The room was dusty and there were insects like small cockroaches.

OK, comfort near the city and friendly.

Strategic location, close to Tegal City Walk and in front of the hotel there is sate bang awi which is said to be legendary. The room is ok, no problem, but unfortunately there is no refrigerator, it is said to be broken. Limited car parking, 2 out of 3 nights always did not get a parking lot, finally vale by the friendly security guard. Breakfast is delicious but the variety can be improved again.

It just so happened that yesterday we stayed overnight while fasting, we ordered fried rice for sahur, but it tasted really salty.

check in time was good, there were mosquitoes in the room so inform the receptionist to ask for mosquito spray, there were dirty towels in the bathroom, inform the receptionist to immediately replace the towels with new ones. please improve the cleanliness of the room

Overall it's okay and comfortable for resting and close to the office.

The facility in the application has a refrigerator, but when we got there, there was no refrigerator at all.

The bathroom is not very comfortable because it is small and there is no door separating the shower and toilet so the mat gets wet very easily, when I first checked in the bathroom also smelled unpleasant and was a bit pungent. The AC took quite a long time to cool down and couldn't get too cold even though the temperature was already stuck at 18

So far Khas Hotel is very okay for access to the city center. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom are worst ever. The drinking glasses are not clean, the room chairs are full of stains, the toilet seat is dirty and the room looks like it has not been cleaned thoroughly. The curtains are full of spider webs and dusty and the room has lots of spots. The best thing is that the hotel is next to a mosque and in front of Sate Bang Awi. I hope Khas Hotel can immediately improve the quality of the hotel's cleanliness.

The room is clean, the size is sufficient (not too small/spacious) but not very soundproof, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is standard, the swimming pool is a bit small, there is a parking area too.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the room and its contents are clean, I recommend coming back again 🙂 It's just that the TV doesn't have Netflix yet, hopefully in the future the TV will have more channels

Super friendly hotel staff. The hotel staff was very helpful during the check in process. The swimming pool is kid friendly. The room is clean. The AC is super cold.
