A little bit hard to find the location, however, all paid off with good hotel and nice place. Clean and cold room. Good service and professional. Located at the old city of Surabaya, near jl Gula, Jembatan Merah and Jl Panggung. There are atm bca near the hotel. Fair price :)

The room is not very soundproof, but still ok. The location is close to the old city of Surabaya. For breakfast, it is varied but can be improved for taste. The check-in and checkout process is fast. Overall worth the price

Overall ok with a 3 star hotel and the price we chose, we also like the heritage appearance of the hotel, the room is ok, what needs to be improved is the bathroom water channel because the water hole is on the high floor area, so the water flows down and then towards the door and stagnates. What concerns me again is that ordering a coffee machine for latte, cappuccino etc. is subject to additional costs excluding breakfast, while we have also paid additional breakfast for the children, that's all, thank you. A hotel with an antique old building, a former match factory in the Dutch era. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean swimming pool, the only drawback is that the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan for the toilet. Lack of promotion also means that few people know that there is a hotel as beautiful as this, if there was a promotional tour package to the old city and ended with a traditional cake cooking course or afternoon tea for traditional cakes like at the Tugu or Majapahit hotels in collaboration with foreign travel agents, maybe many foreign and local tourists would be interested
