The place is clean and spacious. It looks like an old building, but it seems well-maintained and the room facilities are quite modern so our room doesn’t feel like an old building at all. The price is totally worth it, we fell in love with this place.

Kristal hotel are always be my first choice whenever I would like to have staycation with my family as this hotel is family friendly, have nice swimming pool, playground and their 2 and 3 bedroom have nice living room and kitchen with complete kitchen tools. Even 2 times I also bring my office team to stay at Kristal Hotel. Even though Kristal Hotel isn't located at City Center but there is MRT station not far from from Kristal Hotel. You also can find restaurant, Supermarket and ATM just step away from the hotel. I also tried the food at Satu Lagi Bar, their food is tasty with reasonable price. The breakfast also have various options and their staff is quickly to serve you with your need. I always recommend Kristal Hotel to my family and colleague. Super recommended! 😊.

I've already couple of times stay at Kristal Hotel with my husband and family. This hotel is really suit for family for long or even staycation on the weekend. They have nice pool with plaground. Their 2 and 3 bedrooms have kitchen with complete kitchen tools. Their staff are also very friendly and serve the guest with heart it shown by their smiles. Kristal hotel always be my first choice whenever I would like to have staycation with my family. Super recommended! 🤩.

Bar is OK, pool table is OK, howevee neet to change the carpet. The rest are good, food at bar are Fine. Swimming pool is OK. Need to have separation on kids area and adult area. Room is OK, old furnish electronic it might be good if renew. All are OK.

It was such a pleasant stay for me and friends. We booked 2-bedroom deluxe suite room for 1-night with a very good deal room rate from traveloka. The check in time was 3pm, Januar was helping us on the check in process and he is so nice and very helpful. We were very satisfied with the room given which is not too far from the elevator and it was very spacious and comfortable. The room has good facilities such as refrigerator, dining equipment, etc. And other thing we love is the swimming pool, it was a great one. Kristal Hotel have a big swimming pool with a pool bar and they also provide playground for children. Couldn't rate the food as we didn't have the chance to try their breakfast. But I heard, their breakfast also satisying. We will definitely coming back again to stay at this hotel. Thank you for the great services by the staffs.

Love this place and evrythings. God choice to stay 👍. Will stay for many² come 🥰. But please for food lets pay attention for food with meat when last time I was breafast the meat was not to cook well so I can't eat it. When the taste of meat was good 😁. Okei that 's all. Thankyou.
