The place is clean and spacious. It looks like an old building, but it seems well-maintained and the room facilities are quite modern so our room doesn’t feel like an old building at all. The price is totally worth it, we fell in love with this place.

This was my first time experience in Kristal Hotel. Booked the 2 bedroom superior. Overall everything was great, from check-in to check-out. WiFi was terrific; kids were enjoying the weekend getaway. Breakfast was not bad although it could have more varieties for a 4-star hotel. But surely I will come back again.

For studio rooms, 2 rooms, even 4 rooms specifically for upper or lower gallon dispensers, please pay attention to the cleanliness, the dispenser during my stay has never found a clean dispenser either outside the dispenser or even inside the dispenser so it feels unsafe for drinking water. Also for the TV, please if possible get the latest TV, not the old one. There should be at least 1 either in the room or outside the room

I reserved 3 rooms, but for the other 2 rooms, we had to wait to be ready until 4:50 PM. The check-in time is supposed to be at 3:00 PM. And the air conditioning was not running well when we were in the room.

Check-in was at 15:00 (other hotels at 14:00), at 16:00 many rooms were still not ready. There were so many, the hotel lobby looked like a hospital waiting room. Not to mention, there was no apology or compensation from the hotel.
