Non-smoking room but the bedroom smells of cigarette smoke, and there is an ashtray in the living room. The outside of the window is dirty so it is uncomfortable if the curtains are opened. There are also cracks in the wall. Improve the cleanliness of the room so that guests feel more at home.

There is no soap, asking for soap must be angry first before it is delivered. Changed rooms twice because the door error in room 4022. Only 1 drinking water should be 2, already asked for it but not delivered. If the food is C and the taste is not good and the table is a bit bad the table stock has to wait for people to eat. Morning mood is gone.

The hotel is quite good for family gathering but there is only one thing that needs to be improved, the security guard who is on duty at night please be more polite in serving the customers 🙏 and add a smile, sir. Thank you, the rest is okay, clean and affordable.

The hotel is nice, the room is big and there is a kitchen, so you can cook. For the price and the room facilities, it is very extraordinary. Yesterday there was a problem on the date for extending the stay at Traveloka and the staff named Dinda was very friendly, very kind and extraordinary the best helped until the problem was resolved and indeed from the beginning of the stay the person was very friendly and kind 🙏😁.

+ Friendly and helpful staff, the room is quite big for a budget hotel like that. - Breakfast takes a long time to refill when it runs out. Overall the service is good.
