The room I chose wasn't too big, but it was enough for solo/budget travelers or short business trips. I got a twin bed, one of which had a stain that probably wouldn't go away for a long time, but overall it was clean and didn't smell, the towels were also safe and fragrant. The room I got had a small refrigerator but it seemed like there was an issue so it couldn't get cold. The hot water and AC were smooth. The TV picture was a bit bad, but there were some foreign channels, it was good for killing time. Overall okay for the price.

The location is quite close to the hustle and bustle of Cepu, there are also many facilities. Breakfast is quite delicious and complete. Could be an option if you go to Cepu again

Not worthy of the 3-star claim. The AC doesn't work, have to open the window so the room isn't stuffy. Look, the AC is old-fashioned, like there hasn't been any updates. Already reported and checked by a technician, but the AC is still not cold. The light switch doesn't work, has to be wedged with an object to hold the switch in the off position. There is no trash can in the bathroom, water is also stagnant. Which 3-star doesn't have soundproofing so that the sound of the bathroom can be heard from the next room? I don't know, maybe those who gave this hotel a good rating because they booked a suite, and this is only a deluxe room. But is there a need for discrimination like this? The deluxe room is very uncomfortable. Even though the facilities are the same, an air-conditioned room. Far from out of town, I wanted to rest but instead I was made even more tired. It's better to remove the 3-star claim, because this is very far from a 3-star.
