I stayed here for one night, booking two rooms: one deluxe twin room and one premier room with a connecting door. While the premier room was spacious enough, the deluxe room felt too cramped. The reception area is not on the same floor as the lobby, requiring us to go upstairs via stairs. Although there's a lift in the lobby, the escalator was out of service. Unfortunately, there was no staff stationed in the lobby, and I had to find someone to help with our luggage. The pool was average in size, nothing exceptional. The most disappointing part of my stay was the lack of proper staff training. I asked for a menu at the pool, but no one returned with it. I ended up going to the food station myself to order calamari rings, curly fries, and hot tea before swimming. However, the food wasn't ready even after we finished swimming. Worse, one item wasn't available, but no one informed me. After an hour, the food was finally delivered to our room instead of the pool as requested. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service. The staff's lack of attentiveness and professionalism made my stay unpleasant. This is not the experience I expected, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve their service standards.
