We had a wonderful stay at harris hotel & Conventions Malang for 2 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect—spacious and comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and a variety of family-friendly amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool slide is truly iconic and a highlight of our stay. It added a lot of fun and excitement, especially for families traveling with kids. The only minor drawback is the hotel's distance from the city center, which requires extra time for planning and preparation. However, the peaceful surroundings and excellent facilities more than make up for this. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing family getaway, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

My 2nd stay in this Hotel. The staff very helpful, the room is clean

The Grand Cakra Hotel’s proximity to a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for us to grab snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. However, we were unable to check in early or get connecting rooms, even though we were on the same floor. The food at the hotel was quite good, with a wide variety of options. The staff were also attentive to feedback and responded promptly. Our room was spacious but unfortunately, the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was below our expectations. The toilet was stained, the floor was slippery, and there was standing water in the shower area. On the second day, we discovered small worms in the water on the floor. Despite this, the staff responded quickly and cleaned the area. The towels and bed sheets were also not very clean. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the extremely slow Wi-Fi connection. However, after leaving feedback at the restaurant on the first day, the internet speed improved significantly on the second day. Overall, the hotel’s responsiveness to feedback was commendable.

Room, food all is OK for business trip

The bed is actually 2 combined bed. The amenities is complete. The TV Channel is only national program. The parking is very limited and I waited for too long to go out because there was another car behind my car and the owner did not want to move it right away. Another thing that makes me uncomfortable during the sleep at night, we can hear voice from outside.

The room is clean, the staff also friendly, and they serve variety of food for breakfast

The accommodation is comfortable and keeps privacy. No smoking area makes it better.

Toilet flushing isn't working well, what a disappointment.
