I highly recommend a stay at Le Jardin. The villas are so beautiful and serene. The staff are all so lovely, accommodating, and helpful. Take advantage of the onsite massage therapists. They’re amazing. We left Le Jardin with fond memories.

We had the most amazing stay here. Not only was the villa we stayed at was beautiful, but very private. The staff at this place was what made the stay even more exceptional. Not only were they extremely friendly and hospitable, but went out of their way to help. They also helped in booking tours at the last minute. Huge thanks to Eka for that! And their spa was just as amazing too, Elie was excellent in that and all the other masseuses for their Bali massages. Location was ideal too, only around the corner from the beach and downtown Seminyak. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. And yet, it was so secluded and quiet within our area, made it seem like we were far away from all that noise. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will definitely come back again here!

First, the villa has a lot of mosquitoes even though it is given mosquito repellent, the two villas are very dirty, third, many parts of the roof are leaking, the fourth pool water is very dirty, the five breakfasts must order h-1, no backup is ready

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Le Jardin Villas.
Please accept our apologies for anything that made your stay uncomfortable. We have carried out routine treatments twice a week, namely fogging and spraying to anticipate mosquitoes, in addition to providing mosquito repellent in each villa. However, due to the rainy season, the results are not optimal. Le Jardin Villas itself has the theme of gardens and lots of plants so that when it rains dry leaves may fall to the swimming pool so it looks dirty, for that our team is always willing to clean the swimming pool before using it according to guest requests.
During the pandemic, some of our facilities were closed including the restaurant and SPA. So we collaborate with outside parties so that every order made is always recommended to guests 1 day in advance to adjust the time with these outsiders.
Once again, on behalf of the management, I apologize for all our shortcomings, hopefully in the future we can provide even better services and facilities.

Villa building lacks maintenance. The lighting of the upper rooms is very lacking. The downstairs ac is not cold. Pool access door is heavy to open. There is no TV in the room (not according to the picture) Lots of insects both in the living room and in the upstairs bathroom. Had a power outage due to an electric short circuit. Only very very friendly staff
