The reservation is single bedroom but unfortunately we are provided by hotel is twin for two rooms which I reserved. The reason is their standard deluxe room is twin. Its very disappointed. However the location is good and nice place to stay

Basically, everything is very satisfactory.

We enjoyed staying here as a family - very welcoming, scenic, quiet and relaxing atmosphere and a lovely view. Perhaps have more variety of food for guests and daily cleaning of the room. On our first night, the guests next to us were inconsiderately loud but the next 2 days were quiet (thank goodness!). Overall, we had a relaxing stay here.😊Terima kasih banyak.

The superior room size is too small, especially the bathroom, so it's a bit difficult to walk. There are no chairs in front of the room. The rest is wokey😍👍🏻

The hotel staff is very friendly, the environment is clean and beautiful, there is a warm water pool for children, an adult pool, a flying fox ride, ATV, etc. The superior room size is not too big but not stuffy. Get afternoon snacks in the form of noodles, cilok, aren coffee, gelato and also bandrek. The breakfast menu is varied and tastes good. Children over 5-12 years old will be charged 75 thousand and for adults 100 thousand

I stayed in a deluxe room (new building), the door was made of large glass which (in my opinion) was very heavy to slide (open and close), making it a bit difficult for children and the elderly.

So guys, this place is very very good because of the many aspects owned by this resort, especially those who want to come with family or colleagues because this resort is very spacious and many activities are provided by the resort. Starting from badminton, tennis, table tennis, swimming pool, futsal, shooting range, ATV/motorbike rental, and the spaciousness of this resort also makes us comfortable for morning walks or evening walks around the resort. I personally really enjoyed staying here, I ordered one deluxe room and one junior suite. And who would have thought that by ordering a junior suite, it turned out that we had been provided with 1 private parking lot in front of the junior suite, so it was no hassle. The room was also clean and for the deluxe room, at that time we asked to move rooms because it was being renovated and disturbed the view. The staff immediately responded to us with a very good response and immediately changed our room. At this resort there is also a snack time every afternoon at that time we had the option between sausages and chuangki noodles if I'm not mistaken and also got the option of hot drinks. The swimming pool is very clean but the only one that is really warm is the children's pool, the adult pool is still a bit cold. For all the activities that I have mentioned above, all of them are available for rental and the price is very reasonable (not expensive) as a result we managed to try almost all the activities provided by the resort, unfortunately we didn't have much time to stay here but with just 24 hours my family and I were very happy to stay at this resort, if there is another opportunity God willing will definitely stay here again and will try all the activities 🥰

The atmosphere is very beautiful, cool, peaceful, there are many places that can be used as a place to hang out at night if you don't want to leave the hotel, the food is more varied every day, because at that time we stayed for 2 nights, but the menu was the same for 2 nights, the desserts were even more 😁, for a delicious taste, it tastes good on the tongue, not too much, not too little 👍👍

The first time I stayed here, I immediately booked for 3D2N. We took a junior suite room, we planned to take one with a bathtub but it turned out to be far from the car park. The room was located in an old building. So FYI, different room types also have different building types, because right across from our room's balcony was a very modern building. From the receptionist to the room was still quite far, then each building had its own parking area. The room was very spacious, there were 2 queen-size beds I think (forgot to see the details), so it was really satisfying to bring children. There was no AC in the room, but it was already very cold. There was a dining table, dispenser, TV, refrigerator, then the bathroom was also full of toiletries & there were 4 towels. There were two swimming pools, but both were very cold. We took a room that included breakfast, the food variants were quite a lot, the taste was so-so. There was also an outdoor playground but unfortunately it was not well maintained because some of the paint had peeled off & rusted. Well, it turned out that the room was not soundproof, you could clearly hear the story of the neighbor next door, not to mention the snoring of other people sleeping. It's not nice to reprimand them, they also want to take a vacation, maybe they can rest here. Please, management, find a solution.

the staff is friendly, the food for breakfast is very varied and delicious. the restaurant menu when ordering to the room is also fast.. only 20 minutes and the taste is just right. the hotel is kid friendly. the swimming pool is suitable for adults and children. the hotel is very clean.

The room is quite large but unfortunately the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust so when you take a hot shower it's full of smoke because there's no air ventilation.

This is my first time staying here..and I really like it..don't hesitate guys..this is a great reference for those who want to find peace in Lembang..it's also close to Lembang Park Zoo..the atmosphere is comfortable..not noisy..cool, the view is nice..the staff are friendly..next time will stay here again
