good place and nice landscape, I like the place is neat, and when I arrived it wasn't too crowded

Everything is good, but there are no chairs in the room so it's hard to do make up or straighten your hair :(

Clean, cool and the waiters are friendly. Day and night, everyone is friendly and ok.

Got the choice of Wooden House, it turned out that the location of the room had to go down dozens of steps and got the lowest plus the most corner right in front of the room and also a bamboo tree, the room was okay but there were lots of ant nests, especially in the refrigerator when opened it was filled with ants all over it until it made me shiver seeing it. Wooden House is not suitable for children and the elderly because it takes extra energy to turn the stairs to the room. The water heater also takes too long, you have to wait 5-10 minutes to take a shower. for the atmosphere, the view of the hills is okay

Lemon Hotel is not new but all the facilities are well maintained. the staffs are polite and friendly The view from Rumah Kayu is mountain and forest, nice and clean atmosphere. the room is quite clean and has no smell. bathroom clean but hot water need a liitle bit time. Come and stay in Lemon Hotel.

not a new and modern hotel but still comfortable. for children it's also ok because they got a junior suite so it's a relief the room the children are happy with. the bathroom is also spacious there is a bath tub making the children even happier. thankyou lemon hotel 🫰🏻

When we checked in the first time we are being informed to be moved to a better room but apparently it is a lower grade of room (executive room). Then after I realized it is a downgrade, I asked them to moved us to the correct room. Then when we arrive at the junior suite room, the water tap isn't working at all (no water) this happens twice. The room is spacious with a good two set of beds. but unfortunately so many ants on the wall and the bed sheets also have a lot of dirty spots. The receptionist/room service is so bad, they picked up your phone calls after maybe 1-2 minutes and sometimes they didn't pick it up at all. The bathroom also very dirty with bathtub but with no blinds. And when we asked for extra towel for the floor due to no blinds, the towel never come until the second call to the receptionist (which of course you need to be patient). The breakfast experience also was very bad. Please, if you want to put the price like that also look at the service you would give to your guests. Don't overvalued your room. Guest would expect you to return the same service with that amount of money. We stayed for 1 night at junior suite for 1.180 million Rupiahs.

The room is quite comfortable, but the effort to get to the room is mostly stairs. Makes your legs weak and out of breath. The cleanliness is lacking, especially the bathroom and swimming pool. The staff who are in recession are also not very friendly (is it because it's busy? What?). It's like the room has never been used, the vibes are quite creepy. Anyway, I don't want to come here again

The hotel staff is very friendly, especially the security guard. Very smiling. Without AC it's still cold. The room is spacious but in the room I used there were a lot of ants 🤭

The wooden house is not comfortable in my opinion and the food is also lacking.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The atmosphere is serene, the view is really pleasing to the eye. The view in front of the room is incredibly beautiful. The hotel staff is also friendly, the room is very spacious for a suite type. It's very comfortable, the kids are also very happy

The room smells, the mattress smells musty, the bathroom smells bad, the hot water doesn't work.

delicious food, good place and back view, swimming pool is enough for kids... please replace the facilities in the room, all the beds, sprays, towel hangers are old for wooden rooms..we don't know about other rooms so that they are more comfortable to rest..

The hotel staff are all very friendly, but the TV and WiFi facilities are lacking. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to the room facilities so that visitors will be more satisfied with their stay.

Comfortable for family vacation

Alhamdulillah staycation at Villa Lemon Lembang for 3 days 2 nights. The atmosphere is cool, the weather is friendly, not too cold, not too hot. Close to the highway. The location is strategic, close to other tourist attractions. Many choices of rooms, there is a swimming pool too. The place is very spacious with an extraordinarily beautiful view.
