I always love to stay here and I think this is the 3rd or 4th times. The room is always clean and comfortable. The best sheet and pillow are also always very clean. The breakfast was ok too. I will keep coming back to Mataram and will stay here again.

The downside is that the room doesn't give off a fresh, distinctive aroma even though it's clean and tidy. The room smells like it's been cleaned with a mop that's not been treated with medicine and like using a mop that hasn't been refreshed for a long time.
