I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

Overall okay and child friendly. But when I arrived in my room, the bed had hair, the towel had hair and there were stains. Luckily I met housekeeping outside and immediately changed the towel. Because when I called there was no response, then in the bathroom the water was running low and the toilet was clogged, when I called there was no answer, finally I came downstairs. Thank God they were quick to fix it right away.

the hotel staff are all friendly, I like it. it's just that there are some things that might need to be fixed 1. ordered food at 17.00 in the afternoon, it was all listed, but until 18.00 the food had not arrived, when I called again it had changed shifts, there was no handover of responsibility between shifts. 2. when breakfast was taken at 09.00 but it turned out that a lot of the food was finished, plates, bowls were finished and not refilled, had to call the staff first before refilling 3. for the bathroom area, there was a lot of rust, and people's soap residue was not thrown away 4. the room is not soundproof, my child cried at night until it was heard in the next room. thank you. hopefully there will be an opportunity to stay here again.

Alhamdulillah, anti-traffic location access. Circuit view. However, a 4-star hotel with limited gym facilities, hihh season conditions, menu variations need to be improved. Thank you Lirin, hopefully it will continue to develop.

the place is easy to reach, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, the swimming pool is comfortable (kids love to swim there), the food is also delicious. The place is comfortable and in the room there are Qibla directions for us Muslims to perform the 5 daily prayers. Hopefully in the future the Lorin Sentul hotel will be more successful in developing its business. Aamiin.

Overall, staying here was pleasant, it's just that when I stayed yesterday, it was during Eid holiday, so it was full, and the queue to check in was quite long, which took me 40 minutes to queue for check in. Then during breakfast, the food ran out quickly, and the queue for empty food was not fast enough. Meanwhile, the queue for the omelette menu was very long. But the food tasted good, it suited my palate. That's all, hopefully it can be better in the future. Success for Hotel Lorin

As for the room, it was ok, the wifi was fast and the room was clean, but the breakfast would be better, as it was very crowded in the morning until we didn't get a seat even though we brought 2 small children and there were very few tables and chairs.

For me, this hotel lacks maintenance and cleanliness, the first thing I saw was the sofa was full of gecko shit, like a sofa that had never been cleaned, the floor was full of hair and the sheets felt sandy... and at breakfast the food was empty and took a long time to refill, the menu lacked variety and the taste was just ordinary... the queue for an omelette took up to 40 minutes, honestly I was a bit disappointed....
