Love staying here. The staff is very friendly. The location is near with the toll road and perfect for transit and enjotying the Surakarta city.

Booked 2 Deluxe King rooms on Traveloka and requested connecting rooms. However, we were given a Deluxe King and a Deluxe Twin instead. Reached out to Traveloka, and they quickly coordinated with the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and combined the beds in the Deluxe Twin, making it extra spacious!
The rooms were large, and there were plenty of play areas for kids, which was a big plus. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Overall, a great stay with minor room for improvement on the breakfast variety.

Room air conditioner really loud, outdoor light of, bathroom shower switch is broken. Pool really crowded because they mix it with people from residence or apartments. The gym is Awful, without AC not to mention the equipment ia reaaly old while some not working

Strategic location. Spacious bedroom with terrace and access to the main garden. Good selection for breakfast and in room dining. Nice view of the garden, swimming pool. Excellent live music with gamelan.

Stay for 1 night only but need 3 times call the technician, cause electric kettle broken, toilet can't flush, room not ready, door lock has problem.
