I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

This was our fourth time in Manhattan and again well satisfied. Very pleasant reception and nice staff. Air-conditioning system in room is better than may other hotels. Nice view and excellent breakfast. We had a very relaxing swim in the evening. The proximity to an excellent mall is an added benefit.

Overall everything is comfortable and good, the view from the room is nice, there is a small swimming pool, the breakfast is quite delicious and there are many choices, the only downside is if you bring your own car, the parking lot is quite far and there are only stairs, no lift yet.

The experience of staying in a king executive room is quite spacious, but the size of the bed is like smaller than the general queen bed because my legs are hanging (value 4/5). Then for breakfast it is quite varied (value 3/5), but not very fast to refill food when it runs out, in terms of taste the food is quite delicious (value 3/5). However, this hotel staff are friendly and helpful, check in time can be given earlier at 13.30 because we have arrived earlier and check out time is allowed until 13:00. The facilities are also okay for those who bring children, there is a play room in the lobby and there is a schedule of kids activities such as making donuts or being a barista, a large and beautiful pool directly facing the city view, the lobby has lots of seating and free ginger anytime (value 5/5).
