Nice hotel located in the heart of the city. Absolutely love the view of my room in the fifth floor, it's comfy and minimalist. The overall ambience is just right. Great selection of international TV channels. The staff are responsive and friendly, especially room service attendant called Azis. Excellent service. Overall, great value for money. Abso-bloody-lutely recommended.

Good, recommended. The facilities are a bit limited, only the bathroom door handle in my room is loose. Not important though. The value is there is a cafe upstairs, sky lounge and Padang Merdeka in front of it.

This is my first time staying here, transiting during Eid homecoming. The hotel lobby is right next to RM. Padang so if you're hungry, just go next door, there's a direct connecting door. The room size is just right for staying alone, with a city view. The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, yesterday in the room I saw a baby cockroach or what kind of small insect that slid from the wall near the table in the corner.

Overall, the room itself is clean, quiet, check in/out is also easy. However, there is something that needs to be improved in terms of the AC which is not cold enough. Please note that if it feels like it is time for the AC to be serviced, so that it is serviced immediately so as not to interfere with customer comfort.

The hotel is comfortable, food around is not hard to find. Next door there is a mall that sells food, there is also an Indomaret Point inside, connected to a Padang restaurant. But the restaurant is only open until 11 pm, but it's not a problem because you can GoFood. The downside is that the sound can be heard from outside, the room is not soundproof. But it's still good, because the room is spacious, it's just that there is no mini fridge in the room.
