If you are a backpacker, this hotel is probably enough. Or for a one-day stay. The staff service is very good. But the room facilities are very lacking. There is no table and chairs, only a bedside table next to the bed. Asked the receptionist, they said there is no table and chairs for the new deluxe room interior. So if you eat, you have to eat on the floor (if you eat on the bed, you are afraid of getting dirty and being fined, read from several reviews that many people often get fined). No hotel slippers are given. There is no refrigerator. Even though in the photo there are chairs, tables, and a refrigerator. Not recommended for those bringing babies. The sink has no hot water and no drain cover, so it is quite difficult to bathe the baby. Even the hot water for the shower takes a long time (confirmed by the hotel, I complained when I first checked in). The breakfast menu is delicious, but the refill takes a long time. The cakes are dry, the donuts are hard. No creamer is provided. There is only tea in the room, no coffee.

This is a hotel building itself. But parking once even though drop off only, charged 5000. Imagine how many hotel guests who only drop off / pick up taxis are disadvantaged. Give free time 15 minutes.
Then the friendly staff are only the frontliners. The others you meet are indifferent. Lack of 5S.

The location is strategic because it is next to the PTC mall. The car parking lot is not too wide, so you have to park on the side of the road. Yesterday was also the Eid holiday so it was really crowded at the hotel.

I stayed 4 nights with my family. The positive thing is the strategic location next to the mall and in the city center. The food tastes good even though it's not a fancy menu, maybe because it's a 3-star. But the room facilities are lacking. I stayed in a junior suite but there was no refrigerator, the toilet had spider webs, and the furniture was old-fashioned. The TV broadcasts were minimal and the Wi-Fi was up and down.

When I arrived there was a bukber event so the car couldn't enter because it was full. Parking is limited & pay 5K, towels are black, AC is cold & leaking. Not as comfortable as the previous Maxone in another city.
