Very, very much recommended. Arrived an hour before check in and they let me check in early because the room is already available (very grateful). They gave me high floor room as requested, and the view! Oh my God the view, fantastic! A great place for half staycation (?) as it is still close to the jalan Katamso so a leisure afternoon walk in windy cool Bandung city back to the hotel after lunch is doable. The food is still plausible for in room dining, as you can pay through edc machine as you received your food (they do have deposit option as well). One more, and this is the decisive point for staycation, is that their TV is a smart TV that allows screen mirroring with easy instruction. Just use the room wifi and turn on your smart view on a samsung phone and you're all set (they do have option for other types of phones). The staffs were great as well since they let me have the mountain view room, immediate assistance on soap after calling, and ease in ordering in room food. Will definitely stay there again! Nice hotel to stay with your family. Only need to maintain the car park.

Chose this for Pocari Sweat Run base. 15 minutes walk to Gedung Sate. Love the environmental friendly initiative-availability of pitcher in room and a number of water dispensers on the floor is great! My only worry is poor street lighting and no pelican crossing in front of hotel-it 's great to walk to nearby restaurant but the traffic is quite scary.

Clean & comfort hotel, fast check in/out, attentive staffs, comfortable bedding and various breakfast menu.

The very first time I stayed here around 2021 for business trip. And I came back two times with my family for staycation. Nothing I can complain about. All is great.

I have my stay there for 3 nights, bed was very comfortable and spacious. Right outside the hotel has quite a busy road, expect lots of traffic sounds. I found small cockroaches in the morning when I went into the bathroom. Breakfast variation wasn't very great, only had very little as its not as appetizing. Business trip for me is OK, but I think there is quite a few good hotels in bandung, albeit Mercure shouldn't go very wrong.
