Overall a pleasant stay at Meruorah for my husband and I. Excellent location within walking distance of Kampung Ujung (for seafood), Jl Soekarno Hatta (main road with shops), and the jetty where our speedboat departed from. Room was modern, of a good size and we had a fantastic sea view. Breakfast was decent, with delicious local dishes. Staff were always friendly and helpful. One thing to note is the noise of the boats rumbling by at regular intervals throughout the day. Communication with the staff regarding my booking via WhatsApp was convenient and I booked a day trip to Komodo National Park through them. The breakfast boxes that we ordered were not ready at the time we were meant to depart so that was something that could be improved on.

Very satisfied and impressive with the services, all staff are very friendly and very welcomes, we booked Sea View room and the view is amazing, the room is spacious, clean and super cozy. The food is exceptional. Best sunset venue in Labuan Bajo, the hotel is located right in the center of Labuan Bajo you can stroll around and see some interesting places, the night seafood market just around the corner, there are some nice coffee shop nearby, convenience store and many mores, the swimming pool are overlooking to the ocean and reasonable price for 5 star hotel in Labuan Bajo. Thank you Inaya Bay and Traveloka I will definitely coming back for another holiday. 👍🏻

Location, services, staffs and hotel itself are great!! I got free foot massage at their Spa with amazing view, and also got my belated birthday surprise from the hotel management made my stay feel really special.. their staffs are excellent and endless support. I remember some names like Devina, Rian, Denni, Ramli, Redem, Eres, Ares, Beatrice, even the engineer wished me a happy birthday. 😊 best hotel experienced ..I feel welcomed and being part of their family. thank you everyone for how you made me feel !!❤️❤️

I went there to watch golo mori jazz, we have a short trip, only like 8 - 10 hours of stay. the room was cozy enough and the view was splendid. we got a takeaway fried rice which is good enough for breakfast.

+staying in a horizon room with a corner bed is very pleasant. Can be made to sleep freely even when asking, we get an extra blanket.
+ all friendly employees
+ breakfast is not delicious but varied.
+ king bed and comfortable and clean bathroom
- horizon room with hill view actually the overall view is nonexistent because it is closed by a bridge.
- there is a term elite hotel wifi stingy because the wifi is not functioning properly but it is not a problem for us locals
- the bathroom in the horizon hill view room should be given a glass partition. so that the water when bathing does not come out into the sink and closet. the rest is a recommendation to stay here

Wonderful sunset view also for sunset bar, the room was great is ocean view so wonderful view from room, noisy from the port but for us is no problem we can handled, for breakfast was good just need some upgrade for selection of food the bread was ok but will be great if more fresh bread 👍😁, the staff and management start from security in the lobby until staff in hotel so friendly and welcome , the locations hotel is good if you looking many selections of foods and restaurant, and if you need buy sport clothes for tracking and hiking don’t worried have sport station and rip curls nearby also kimia farma and Alfamart so everything no problem in. Your holiday if you need something also have Starbuck coffee around and many Italy restaurants, diving trip , so what you need bring more money cause the trip quite pricy for your in the boat Komodo and others trips, thank you for wonderful moment while in the hotel so great places, ps need update taste of cocktails😁🙏

Glad to choose this hotel during my first visit in labuan bajo . The view of the hotel is amazing indeed our room's view , the hotel is also near to many cafes and restaurants .
You can find lot of options of activities nearby the hotel also some tourist spots are very near.
Suggestion : You can also rent motorbike since it's very easy to find nearby the hotel :) .
The hotel staff also very friendly , thank to mr yudhi, mr obi and also mr stevan who are greatly welcome us during our breakfast time . :) also the bell boy ramli who always very helpful to us .
Overall was very great stay really recommended specially if you come with your family for holiday in bajo .
Contra : in d morning we always get awake by the sound of the boats , but it's still manageable for us 😀 .

Strategic hotel position, close to the pier, minimarket, BCA Mandiri BRI ATM, Mosque, coffee place other than in the hotel.
We can ask to be picked up and dropped off at the airport.
Friendly staff, the view from the room is extraordinarily beautiful.
Close to the Labuan Bajo Seafood Culinary Center, open from 16:00, just walk from the hotel.
Must try Mie Ayam Daun kelor at the restaurant, delicious!😋
