Pengalaman menginap yang kurang menyenangkan!
Sangat disayangkan kami di tuduh merusak Set top box yang kabelnya berseliweran. Dimana kami sama sekali tidak memakainya, dari awal hanya menonton youtube di Smart TV.
Saran untuk calon penyewa selanjutnya,sebaiknya periksa semua fasilitas dan peralatan secara mendetail baik digunakan maupun tidak,dan buat dokumentasi videonya.
Dan untuk pemandanganya bukan yang mengarah ke laut langsung (w/Sea View) seperti judul produk, tapi mengarah ke sisi laut dimana kapal-kapal ikan berlabuh di Muara Angke.

Hi Risvan, Thank you for your review. We appreciate any feedback, but we feel the need to provide clarification to avoid further misunderstandings. First, we would like to firmly state that the host never accused you of damaging the Set Top Box, either directly or indirectly. We have never sent a written or verbal statement stating that you as a guest damaged the device. As concrete evidence of our commitment to be fair and professional, we have refunded your deposit in full 100% without any deductions, including for matters related to electronic equipment. If we truly felt that there was damage caused by the guest, of course we would process compensation by deducting the deposit you paid upon check-in — but we did not do that, because there were no accusations made. We recognize the importance of documentation during check-in and check-out, and we appreciate your suggestion to conduct a thorough check. We have also implemented internal standards for checking the unit before and after a guest stays. Regarding the view of the unit, the information we provide in the product description states that the unit faces the sea side where ships are anchored in Muara Angke. Although not directly facing the open sea, the view is still included in the "sea view" category, and has been displayed transparently through the photos in the listing. We are always open to constructive criticism, but object if the review contains unfounded assumptions or accusations. Our commitment is to provide the best service and a comfortable and honest stay experience for all guests.

Unfortunately, the experience became disappointing at the end. Even though it was very good from the beginning. At the end, it was thought that they broke the window curtain that we didn't use. It was really a shame. It's better to check and take pictures of all the facilities before staying. Both from the curtains, lights, everything in the corner too. Good luck.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that any damage to the facilities during the stay is the responsibility of the guest, as outlined in our policies agreed upon upon check-in. After the guest vacated the room, our team conducted a routine check, and damage to the window blinds was discovered. We noted that the damage did not exist prior to your stay, so as per the rules, the repair fee was deducted from the deposit. We strongly advise all guests to use the facilities with caution and report any issues or damages immediately upon their arrival, to avoid any misunderstandings later on. We hope to continue to provide the best service to our guests and avoid situations like this in the future.

Great, really comfortable staying in this apartment, the place is clean and very spacious. Unfortunately I only stayed overnight because I had to cross the island in the morning. For those who want to stay longer, it is recommended because the place is really comfortable.

It was enjoyable to stay here. The place is large and has two bedrooms. Near Baywalk mall and It's easy to get food. Easy access for public transportation too. However, the AC is not cold and we found some tiny bugs in the toilet and kitchen. We can't watch Netflix unless we log in by using our privat account. Overall, it was good.

Unit bagus dan bersih, peralatan dapur lengkap, ada dispenser air minum. Bathroom bagus, tapi sayang tidak ada saluran air di luar shower space, jadi air menggenang. Kamar yang single kasurnya bikin gatal. Selain itu nice, tv nya ada netflix, youtube.

Dengan 2 BR ini worth it banget, tempatnya bersih, air panas ada, wifi sama smart tv juga ada, cumannya agak jauh dari tempat hiburan jadi saya saranin bawa kendaraan sendiri.

Rasa ingin balik lagi untuk menginap karena tempatnya nyaman bersih wangi dingin banget, tidur juga puless bener, hommy bener nonton Netflix bareng keluarga sambil makan. Kelebihan: 1) Harga termurah Dapet dua kamar, luas 42 M2. 2) Bersih banget semua ruangannya dan Wangi bener. 3) Self check in dan check out mudah bener ga perlu nunggu pemilik Karena lewat loker apartemen. 4) uang deposit 500rb aman setelah check out langsung info ke pemilik 5 menit kemudian langsung ditransfer balik ke rekening. 5) Dibawah Apartemen ada Indomaret dan masuk mall tinggal lewat jembatan. 6) fasilitas lengkap ada netflix, kulkas 2 pintu, microwave, kompor gas, dispenser, shampo, sabun, handuk. 7) kolam renang bersih jernih mpe liat dasar kolam aja jelas bener. 8) AC nya dua di kamar 1 dan ruang tv dingin bener. Kekurangan: 1) AC kamar kedua Ngada tapi tetep dingin karena ada exhaust di kamar 1 yang ac-nya dingin banget. 2) Panci Ngada sesuai foto di traveloka. 3) Parkir nya valet bayar 35 rb sehari masih wajar karena bukan di hotel tp apartemen. 4) sea viewnya kurang menarik karena lautnya ketutup kapal-kapal yang banyak banget sedang parkir. Very satisfied staying here, the check-in process was easy, the owner is also very confident in the unit and provides the needs of the tenants. It's really possible to just bring clothes here. Selvia is really kind and helpful person, she even help with ordering drinking water. Check in was fast so did the check out, refund transferred within 4 hours. The room was really worth the money. Kitchen function well, bathroom was clean and smells good. However they might be some leaking sometimes that cause it smells bad. Our family was really happy! These photos are upon check out, the check in preview was way clean!

Thank you Mr. Marwan for the review. In my opinion, the matter of bad air and smell is subjective because everyone's sense of smell is different, especially if you are sick you will definitely be even more sensitive. As soon as I received complaints from my father and family about the smell of diesel fuel, I immediately sent one of my staff to come to the unit to check the truth and the source of the smell. The staff informed him that he felt or smelled diesel fuel or had a bad smell at all, but our efforts didn't stop there. We then took the next step by spraying air freshener all over the unit. Furthermore, I heard that the efforts we have made are not enough to get rid of the smell, we offer to you and your family to relocate to another apartment unit that is similar but in a different tower, then you refuse my offer because your mother is sick and not strong for the road and move to another unit. Therefore, I and the staff apologize profusely to you and your family for the inconvenience. 🙏.

The toilet was flooded, the door was broken but the origin accused the tenant of breaking it, the tenant was not friendly and the origin of the deposit was deducted (no confirmation to the tenant), my number was immediately blocked unprofessionally.

From the start, this guest really didn't want to be harmed at all, the behavior that wanted to profit started from asking to check in early without paying a penny, and then ending with damaging the main door frame by slamming the door until it couldn't be closed or locked at all. Our policy is to only cut a deposit of 50 thousand and still can't accept reality and are answered with insults and very high tones on the phone which of course I respond in the right way, namely being blocked. The flooding toilet problem, was caused by the guest's ignorance or negligence regarding the dry toilet system like many that exist abroad. There are 2 parts in the bathroom of this unit, the shower section is the wet part of the bathroom and the part with the closet and sink is the dry part.

I only provide plastic utensils due to the presence of a microwave in the unit. Plastic utensils are known to be safe and microwave friendly.
