It was wonderful. Close by to Pluit and PIK area.

We stayed on Holiday Inn Citygate Pluit on 1st Feb for 1 night due to our flight back to sin on the next day. We want a hotel that not too far in case of traffic jam. We were assigned room on 2nd floor. I'm not sure if the room is too long never been cleaned up or rarely people use, but the carpet and the bedding are dirty. Like they never change the bed sheet. With stain and smell. we cover our pillow with our own small blanket due to the smell. Room Aircon not cold, we called the guest service they send a technician that come to wash the filter only. The only good side is location on top of a mall (emporium) and the proximity to airport.

Good and clean, good job for your team

Location is fine. There is a mall across the street. You can find lots of variety of food for lunch and dinner. Not only that, the mall provides a 24 hour hotpot restaurant. Fun places for kids and families. As for the roomof the hotel is too small, even for for two persons to stay in. For me, it's a bit pricey for 500k a night... and it has smell, not a bad smell, but rather not a comfortable smell. The disinfectant or bleaching's odoir is too overwhelming. In contrary, the bathroom still have urine odour though it looks clean. The bathroom's amenities are lack of cottonbuds, shower cap, hairdryer and even comb. They only provide a pair bath towels and a pair of tooth brushes with toothpastes. For the tv, it's only serves as a decoration. The Tv channel is lagging and limited. One of the most uncomfortable place in the room is there is a joint door which connects to another room next door. Though we can lock it for our side.. Still it doesn't give any security feelings. The window in the room doesn't have any function as it places beside the entry door. So, if you expect some view or sunlight, there's none. If you choose this hotel as a transit hotel, it's ok. But not for a staycation.

Got the first bedroom with full of cockroach literally in every corner, bedroom, bathroom, floors. They get me another room and somehow it still the same. Cockroaches walking here and there, worst experience of mine staying in a hotel. Dusty floors and tables, stained bedsheets, no soaps but 2 shampoos, cracked walls. Also knowing the rooms like this, im wondering whats the kitchen look like? Not gonna believe that its clean. No offense and i know that this is a 3 stars hotel, but isnt cleanliness is a basic standard? Couldnt even sleep, waken up every 2 hours scaring a cockroach will walk on my face.

The check in process was quick and the staff explained all information. This hotel is less than a minute walk to pik avenue Mall where there numerous restaurants and shops. The room was spacious enough to put some luggage and still be able to move. I have stayed here previously and the service from all staff is friendly and respectful and they go out of their way to help you.
