We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. Room was very neat and clean, the food was also delicious, however did find some expired sugars on the table but the staff quickly replaced it. Pool was great too, exceptionally clean and not crowded, overall a really pleasant experience and will definitely come back again for a longer stay

It was a great place, of course. Too bad I left a bad memory for the staff there because I forgot to prepare cash for deposit. But the staff was very friendly and said that “it’s okay because it’s already late. Just remember to prepare deposits in the future,” I felt real bad. The food was pretty decent and all in all was a great stay. Deal was a steal. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Room is clean. Only the check in took quite a long time. They can only do check in at 3 PM unlike other place. However the room and facilities are clean. Special thanks to the room boy who have helped me bringing my luggage Mr. Sophian. He provided an excellent service. My comment is make the check in time earlier.

Aston Pluit Hotel & Residence
Check in a bit late around 8-9 pm, room at 10 floor when I'm in front of the door its still locked, I have to go back once again to lobby. A bit shock about the hotel corridor its so dirty I can see a lot of hair, tiny rubbish and trash in every corner. Booked because of aston name, not sure if it is built long time ago but everything looks and feel very very old and need renovation.

Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA PLUIT CITYGATE, an IHG Hotel
Check in at 3 pm but only 1 room available instead of 2 rooms we had booked. Receptionists are friendly housekeeping are good. Except the next room 809 very noisy talked loudly from midnight till 2 am. Overall we are happy. 😊

Grand Asia Hotel
It's a comfortable stay. The bathtub was pretty good size ang the view from 9th floor was amazing. I recommend this hotel for comfort stay.

It's already my fourth time visiting PIK, and I always stay at mercure PIK. Every time I always feel comfortable during my stay. Definitely will come back.

Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue
The check in process was quick and the staff explained all information. This hotel is less than a minute walk to pik avenue Mall where there numerous restaurants and shops. The room was spacious enough to put some luggage and still be able to move. I have stayed here previously and the service from all staff is friendly and respectful and they go out of their way to help you.
