The room was great space and very clean. The room service was also quick. The location of the hotel quite close to Jl. Pandanaran, souvenir center, and quite strategic to other landmarks of the city. It is very recommended for family trip.

Easy to check in & check out. Linen smells fresh. Fortunately weโre so surprised that the hotel wants to upgrade my room from deluxe into junior suite room since the deluxe room in under cleaning maintenance. No complaint for our stay so far.

It's really nice, the AC is also cool, clean, and there's also a mini fridge. For that price, it's worth it, the location is also in the middle of the city.

The staff is polite and kind but the cleanliness of the room and toilet is still not clean enough. Then for the hotel amenities are also not complete such as hair dryer charged 50k and laundry bag is also not provided must ask for more. But overall the hotel is nice and strategic.

minus : borrowing a hair dryer must be paid for.. The hotel porter asked to come to help did not come to the room, so we ended up bringing it ourselves to check out.. it turned out the receptionist was busy playing with her cellphone.. the toilet was moldy (not very clean).. a single blanket was used as a double bed blanket.. there was no lift or porter to help carry suitcases from the basement..
plus : hotel in the middle of the city,.. big room.. big bathroom.. big bed.. delicious food especially soto semarang..
hopefully the management of MG Setos Hotel can improve for the better
