Good friendly, breakfast is ready at 5 in the morning, to the airport ~35 minutes during quiet hours, only the pillows are a bit hard and the surrounding area doesn't have options for places to find food, so if you eat you can order at the hotel or order online.

Location is okay. Easy to reach but bad service. One housekeeper was not visible. The food isn't good. Rooms can be clean. AC is always not cold. There have been 3 times staying like that.

This hotel is right next to the cedar toll gate. Large parking area and guarded by security. The receptionist is very friendly and the service is very fast. The atmosphere of the room is still okay, the bathroom is clean and warm water functions normally.

Baru masuk kamar di spreinya ada bercak pulau-pulau dan darah, minta ganti sprei ternyata sprei yang dibawa bercak darah lebih banyak juga. Akhirnya ganti lagi dan memakan waktu lama, yang harusnya kita udah bisa istirahat, ini malah ngurusin sprei lama kali. Harusnya sprei yang sudah ga layak pakai, ganti baru dong. Kamar juga kurang nyaman dan terkesan sumpek, apalagi lorong hotelnya kesannya horor.
